Terms of service
Before commissioning me, please be sure to read all of the rules and guidelines listed below. When you make a purchase, and the payment has been made you are automatically agreeing to any and all terms listed.
GENERAL
1. Art commissioned from me is to be solely used by the commissioner or whoever they sell the rights to. The commissioner or whoever they sell the rights to may use the art in any way they see fit. However, art is not to be used to promote themselves or claimed as their own.
2. Do NOT remove my credit from any work I have made ever. My art is also not to be edited by anyone except for myself.
3. My art is able to be traded, but NEVER resold for more than the original commissioned price + worth of any art. (for example, if you purchase an original design for $10, and the art you bought for the character adds up to $30, the character may not be resold for more than $40)
4. I have the right to decline any commission for any reason and at any time.
5. Commissions are guaranteed to be completed within 30 days of payment. If there has been no progress on your commission within 30 days after payment, I will issue you a full refund. If you wish to cancel your commission after I have begun working on it, I will issue you a 50% refund
PAYMENTS
1. I require full payment within 48 hours of me accepting your commission.
2. If your payment is not received within 48 hours, the sale will be rendered void and your slot will be opened to somebody else.
3. Claiming a slot means you have sent me your form(s), I have approved the commission and payment has been received. I do not “hold slots” except under special circumstances.
4. If ordering something worth over $100, I will accept a 40% down payment before I start, and the rest may be paid after the commission is completed.
5. Please send your payment via PayPal under the category Goods and Services. Also include a comment saying who the payment is from and what it is for.Refunds are ONLY issued if I have made a mistake myself, or if the commission is failed to be completed.
